This position will assist in leading a growing and progressive tax practice serving small business clients in Wisconsin by performing the tax review process. This position may also manage staff. Core competencies include: reviewing complex tax returns for individuals and business clients on a timely basis, effectively communicating with staff, clients and taxing authorities, researching tax issues, providing internal training, performing tax audit responses, representing clients before the IRS, and identifying opportunities and leading efforts to improve processes and drive efficiencies in the tax department.
